ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

TERMS:
  • Please add $4.00 on orders less than $50.00
  • FREE postage on US orders over $50.00
  • Please add postage on all foreign orders.- Press here for a schedule of foreign postage costs. Please note that foreign postage rates have changed dramatically.
  • Check or money order should accompany order. Cash accepted at your risk- registered mail suggested for cash. Will accept Euros, British, Australian or Japanese banknotes at the current exchange rate.
  • List alternatives whenever possible to assist us in completely filling your order, especially on foreign orders.
  • Refunds for out of stock merchandise are always given by check - no games are played with credit slips. Of course you may retain any check and use it as a credit in the future at your option. The past is no guarantee of the future, but I have been selling my duplicate Science Fiction & Fantasy material since 1964, and I hope to be doing the same for many years to come. So don't be afraid to hold a credit if it is convenient for you.
  • All items are returnable within 5 days if not completely satisfied.
  • All Indiana residents please add 7% sales tax.
  • Items may not be reserved.
  • As a general rule, the check arriving in the envelope with the earliest postmark receives the scarce items. In case two arrive on the same day with the same postmark, the largest order (in terms of number of books, not dollar value) is filled first.
  • Please do not send orders by Express Mail. It wastes $18.75, I have to spend time going through the line at the postal window to pick up such letters, and it does not improve your chances of receiving scarce items- see above.
